During the summer months of August and September, the weather is warm with temperatures averaging 32 degrees Celsius and the chance of smog inevitable. The wet season in LA generally falls between the winter months of January and February with temperatures falling to around 15 to 23 degrees Celsius during the day.
Summer mornings in San Francisco bring patches of sunshine and fog in varying amounts to the city’s various elevations. The average temperature during the Summer months of July, August, September and October is around 20 degrees Celsius, making it the perfect time of the year to wonder the hills and during the cooler winter months of December and January is 14 degrees Celsius. Temperatures remain fairly constant in The Bay area, however more than 80 percent of the city’s annual precipitation occurs between November and March.

A great place to visit at any time of the year, New York City shines its brightest during the months of September, October, May and June, when the weather is mild and comfortable for exploring the city. During Christmas and the winter months of December, January, February and March, you’ll want to bundle up as temperatures can dip down to just below zero with the chance of snow or mixed precipitation.
